Trying to get through the last nine weeks of school can be tough because you’re so excited for summer break. Everyone is ready for school to end, especially the seniors. The last quarter of the school year started this week. Spring break is just around the corner: March 27-31. Students will be back to school April 3 to finish the school year.
The seniors and juniors are excited about prom. They are finally picking out their prom dresses and suits. Prom will be held Saturday, April 22. It will be from 7 to 11p.m. At Cornerstone Hall. Students can see Mrs. Brewer for more details.
The seniors’ time at Salem High School is coming to an end. Honor Day will be held May 12 at 9:00 a.m. This day is for senior scholarships and awards. The community is invited to attend.
Towards the end of the year, the student body will have a field day May 18 during 7th period and will include all SHS students.
The last student day of the school year will be May 23, with graduation for the Class of 2023 being held May 27 at 2 p.m. in the main gym.
